With the 2024-25 NBA regular season wrapping on April 13, the race for the playoffs is coming down to the wire as teams book their postseason spots. The top six teams from each conference will be assured playoff spots, while teams Nos. 7-10 in the standings will enter the play-in tournament (April 15-18).

– The winner of the game between the No. 7 and No. 8 seed will advance to face the No. 2 seed in the playoffs.

– The winner between the No. 9 and No. 10 seed will then face the loser of the 7-8 game for the chance to face the No. 1 seed.

The six playoff teams and four play-in teams are set, but there’s still seeding to figure out for several teams. The Cavs and Celtics have already wrapped up the top two seeds.
